Meet Our Executive Team

Over the years Property Perspective has evolved into an enthusiastic experienced team of dedicated people.

John Jarvis

Managing Director – founded PP in 2008

With over 30 years’ experience in the housebuilder sector as Sales Director and Managing Director, John was the founder of Property Perspective. He is very proud of his team and the achievements of the company.

Alison Robinson

PA to MD/Office Manager – joined PP in 2009

Alison gained experience in the housebuilder industry at Charles Church / Persimmon Homes, where she worked closely with the Directors. Having been involved with Property Perspective from its outset, Alison’s flexible approach has seen her progress though many different roles within the company.

Steve Wheatcroft

Head of Finance – joined PP in 2015

Steve has extensive experience previously heading his own development company as well as several senior finance roles within the housebuilding industry.

Mark Keenan

Regional Valuer – joined PP in 2014

Mark has gained much experience during his time with Property Perspective and with previous roles within the financial sector at Lloyds TSB and Nationwide.

Andrew Demain

Account Director, Yorkshire – joined PP in 2010

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, working at Sales Director and Managing Director level.

Karen Bury

Sales Director – joined PP in 2016

Having joined Property Perspective in 2016 as an Account Manager, Karen has successfully adapted her sales and negotiating skills acquired in the car sales industry. She now manages our team of Account Managers and their Assistants, runs regular training sessions with the team and drives sales through to completion to hit our client’s targets.

Scott Windle

Regional Valuer

Scott has over 9 years experience in the property sector as a valuer, he is a great addition to the team. In his new role as Regional Valuer he is using his wealth of knowledge to ensure our clients expectations are met.

Sarah Rankine

Account Manager – joined PP in 2016

Originally joining Property Perspective as receptionist in 2016, Sarah quickly progressed to assistant Account Manager where she gained experience assisting the Account Management team. In the beginning of 2018 Sarah was promoted to Account Manager and now has her own portfolio of clients to manage.

Jon Bryan

Valuations Manager – joined PP in 2014

Having been principal of his own estate agency business, Jon also gained experience in the housebuilding sector, working at Barratt Homes, before joining Property Perspective as Senior Valuer.

Zeenat Akhtar

Trainee Account Manager – joined PP in 2019

Zeenat joins from a Marketing background. In her role as Assistant Account Manager she is now gaining valuable experience in the residential property sector.

Greg McLaughlin

Senior Account Manager – joined PP in 2017

Having developed his property knowledge whilst working for one of the UK’s largest property publications, Greg is a great asset to the account management team and looks after a number of our clients.

Ellie Webb

Assistant Account Manager – joined PP in 2021

Ellie brings a passion and enthusiasm for delivering great customer outcomes for our client base and is looking forward to settling into the team.

Anthony Kelly

Senior Account Manager – joined PP in 2018

Having gained valuable transferable skills as Account Manager in the Construction Industry, Anthony has joined our growing company as Account Manager to serve the additional housebuilder clients we have now secured.

Amanda Ritchie

Account Management – joined PP in 2019

Amanda has brought transferable skills in Customer Service to her role as Assistant Account Manager.

Mark Chasney

Regional Valuer – joined PP in 2018

Mark has over 19 years of property valuation experience in the residential sector, having managed both corporate and independent estate agency offices. During that period Mark has also worked alongside national builders and individual developers across the Midlands and South East.

Relationships Manager – joined PP in 2018

Since joining Property Perspective as Account Manager, Alex has successfully adapted his financial services knowledge and skills to enhance our clients’ expectations.

Libby Greaves
